The Collection

Six scents. Nothing more.

We make a small number of candles and make them properly. Each is poured by hand, rested for two weeks, and burn-tested before it leaves our home.

Our Craft

A family pour, not a factory line.

Ivory Glow is a family-run studio. Every candle is poured in batches of twelve — never more — and rested for two weeks before it's labelled. Slower, but it's why the scent holds from the first light to the last hour.

  • Soy wax, nothing hidden

No paraffin, no dyes, no additives. Just natural soy and a lead-free cotton wick.

  • A long, even burn

Around 55 hours from a 230 g pour, burn-tested before it leaves our home.

  • Vessels worth keeping

Frosted glass made to be rinsed out and reused, long after the last hour.

Questions, answered.

How does checkout work?

Checkout is handled securely by PayPal. Pay with your PayPal account if you have one, or with any credit or debit card as a guest — no account or sign-up needed. We never see or store your card details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are poured, packed, and dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, and shipping is complimentary on orders over A$75.

How should I care for my candle?

On the first light, let the wax melt to the edge of the glass — about two hours — to prevent tunnelling. Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn, and never burn for longer than four hours at a time.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Write to us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement straight away — no forms, no fuss. We pack carefully, but glass is glass.

Are your candles safe around pets?

Our soy wax and cotton wicks burn cleanly, but we still recommend burning in a ventilated room and keeping any open flame well out of reach of curious paws.
