How we make them
Ivory Glow is a small family business on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Every candle goes through the same three steps.

Poured by hand
100% soy wax and a lead-free cotton wick, poured twelve candles at a time. No paraffin and no added dyes.

Cured for two weeks
Each candle rests before it's labelled, giving the fragrance time to bind with the wax for a stronger, more even scent.

Burn-tested
We test every batch for an even melt pool and around 55 hours of burn time before it goes on sale.

How does checkout work?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay with PayPal. You don't need an account with us, and we never see or store your card details.
How long does shipping take?
We pack and dispatch orders from the Sunshine Coast within 2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is A$9.95, or free on orders over A$75 (any two candles).
How should I care for my candle?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the jar (about two hours) to prevent tunnelling. Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn, and don't burn for more than four hours at a time.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Are your candles safe around pets?
As with any candle, burn it in a well-ventilated room and keep the flame out of reach of pets and children. If your pet has a respiratory condition, check with your vet first.
